Return and Refund Policy

At stickandstich we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase, how returns and refunds work, and your rights if an item is defective.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you receive the goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14 days expire — by email at [info@stickandstich.com] — with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

After you notify us, you must return the goods within 14 days. The goods should be returned in their original condition; you are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Return shipping costs for a withdrawal are paid by us. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you for the goods within 30 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

A note on made-to-order products

Our products are printed on demand, but they are standard catalogue designs, not personalised to your individual specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal applies as described above. The legal exemption for "customised goods" would only apply to an item personalised specifically for you (for example, if you supplied your own design, name, or text). If you order such a personalised item, we will tell you clearly before purchase that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us at info@stickandstich.com within a reasonable time, with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will get in touch with you to arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. You do not pay return shipping for a defective item.
