Terms of Service

Welcome to stickandstich. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://stickandstich.com) and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to — and never replace — the rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian law, including the Consumer Sales Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the E-commerce Act (Ehandelsloven). Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer law, the law applies.

1. Who we are

Stickandstich is operated by our company, based in Norway. Contact: info@stickandstich.com.

2. Products

Our products are designed by us and produced on demand through our print partner. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour and print position may occur because each item is individually produced. We aim to describe products as accurately as possible.

3. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order or shipping confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly incorrect); if we do, we'll refund any amount already paid.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (MVA) at 25%. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of ordering. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

We ship within Norway only. Estimated production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) on most online purchases, and a statutory right to a remedy if goods are defective. Full details, conditions, and how to exercise these rights are in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, text, and other content on this site are owned by stickandstich or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use any of our designs or content without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or to infringe our or others' rights.

9. Limitation of liability

We are liable for losses in accordance with mandatory Norwegian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any purchase are governed by Norwegian law. If we can't resolve a complaint directly, you may bring it to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), and you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
