Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with stickandstich. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order is made, shipped, and delivered.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Norway only. All orders are processed and delivered to mainland Norwegian addresses. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
Made to order
Most of our products — including t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs and bottles — are made to order, meaning each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after you place your order. This lets us offer a wide range of designs without overproduction, but it does mean your order needs a short production period before it ships.
Processing time
Orders are produced and packed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days anywhere in Norway. Deliveries to Northern Norway and more remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The total time from order to delivery is the production time + the shipping time (for example, roughly 4–10 business days in total).
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping within Norway are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on all orders over NOK 850

Carrier and tracking
We ship with Posten or Bring. Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your parcel. Many parcels are delivered to your nearest pickup point, where you'll receive a notification (SMS/app) when your order is ready to be collected.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided. If you haven't received any update within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it wasn't collected from a pickup point in time, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays beyond our control
We do our best to ship and deliver on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control once the parcel has left us.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and (for damage) a photo of the item and packaging. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT (MVA, 25%). As all orders ship within Norway, there are no customs charges or import duties.
